    When is the screen freezing? Are you playing anything specific?

    Samantha, It happens when I log on, it happens when I am in a party, and also in slots, and really not any specific slot. Many times when my screen freezes I have a difficult time getting back on line. Today, 7/22/22, I froze in 2 parties, but thankfully did get my charms. It can be so very frustrating at times when this happens.

    Same issue is happening to me. I played Blackjack and Emerald Races as well as slots.

    The screen freezes every ten or fifteen minutes. And I don't get my coins back either.

    I've noticed it more on slots, especially the new Wild Nights

    This has happened to me several times this week.

    This time I clicked the Ready Balloon in my city, I saw what I won and then it freezed.  

    I let it sit for 5 min and then refreshed the page and all was fine. My Ready Balloon was ready again and gave me the same prize as it did before it freezed on me.

    I'm running Win 10 with Chrome.

    EDIT: It happened again today (Sun). The same exact situation as I posted above.

    Seems too be happening all too frequently especially during free spins: Butterfly Game, Wild Nights, and now, Lucky Sevens. Lost more coins in last couple weeks than ever.

    The Slots have been experiencing an error where free spins will freeze up. You're still getting your rewards from those free spins, but our teams are working on resolving the issue.

    The Treasure Box will get that loading screen if you click a couple of times while the reward is loading. This is another issue the teams are working to resolve.

    If you're freezing at any other time, you'll need to make sure you're not running any other apps or web tabs while you're playing Casino World, and if you have particularly bad problems, try 'refreshing' by signing out of your account and back in before using a feature that's caused you problems. This will reset your browser memory, increasing the chances for a trouble free experience.

    I am experiencing a lot of screen freezing lately. It's just unresponsive and had to refresh. These are all during non slot play.

    DOESNT MATTER WHAT U DO , REBOOTING ETC, THIS IS AN ONGOING ISSUE THATS ON CWS END AND NOT OURS, EVERYONE IS COMPLAING, YOU CAN NO LONGER TALK IN PARTIES OR YOU POOF. TAKES ALL THE FUN OUT OF IT. YOU ALSO POOF IN SLOTS, BJ, 3 CARD ETC.

    Screen freezing (momentarily or for long periods) also seem to happen when a plethora of people are logging in at the same time which indicates to me that they have all been disconnected or booted out of CW and are all logging back in at the same time.  The symptom I see when this happens is a relatively long list of people on my Friends List logging in at once.  I do not play at CW with more than 1 browser window open at the same time and NEVER am I logged on to more than 1 Flowplay site at the same time.  Also, I am NOT Wifi connected, I use ethernet directly into my modem on high-speed internet and getting about 500Mb/sec download speeds...so it's not on my end.  I believe that when so many people are logging in at the same time it is causing the CW/Flowplay servers to "back up" and takes a while for them to process and catch up and is affecting those already logged on and doing whatever (spinning, partying, chatting, etc.)
