When I access My City I see 23 buildings.  Included are eight monuments and 15 tier buildings.  If I attempt to build a monument, I only am seeing one tier 5 building to add to the monument.  Why are the others not being displayed?  How do I build a monument with these?  Thank you too many,

  Your first level of monuments requires buildings of levels 1 thru 6, or something like that. The second level of monuments takes level 7 thru something, etc. So you only see your level 5 building because that's the only that  contributes to building a first level monument. There is a more thorough write-up on monuments elsewhere in the forum. Search for 'monument'.
