Buildings and their Tiers

I have 14 Buildings in My City that I cannot determine their Tier levels.  The Buildings are the following:

Alien Chamber, Grand Saloon, Rustic Farmhouse, Speakeasy, Moon Palace, Downtown Foyer, R&D, Modern Loft, The Parisian, Wedding Chapel, Secret Bunker, Garden Gazebo, Sixties Pad, and Deco Lounge.

None of these Buildings are listed on the Building Shop and when going to Monument Maker, none appear.

What Tiers are they and how can I use them to make a Monument?

  I don't think you can  I think them are all the party rooms

  Yeah, those are all party rooms which we get as we move thru the milestones. To verify, click "Visit Rooms" and see if they all become highlighted.

  Party rooms are not tiered and cannot combine in monuments.
