hardware acceralte on for firefox, tried unchecking hardware accerlate and still same problem, only way to get a round it was to exit screen and reload screen to get it to show correctly. version 103 and version 104 of Forefox...

  The black screen issue is mostly for Google Chrome. If the issue is occuring on other browsers, please submit a Help Ticket, and we can help from there.
