Can't open site on phone anymore

Just started today I think.

When you try to open the site on a mobile phone it force directs you to the Google Play Store for the app. Why?

Even if I wanted to install the app, which I don't, that phone isn't tied to a Google account so I can't even download and install it.

Can you please remove that redirect?

  I really don't understand why you are forcing people to install the app, the site worked perfectly fine through the mobile browser. Why not just do like every other site, have it prompt to install the app but leave the option to say no and continue with the browser?

  Is there some benefit to CW for people to use the app only?

  That URL still redirects to
  https://casinoworld.com/fx/forceCordovaUpdate.jsp?forInstall=true
  Then it goes to the play store.

  Do you have a different link?

  Sorry it looks like the link I posted wasn't quite correct.

  Can you try:

  https://casinoworld.com/fx/indexHTML5.jsp?html5mobile=1

  instead please?  It should skip the redirect to the app store.

  Hi everyone, I was using my Kindle to play on CW until yesterday (9/8/2022) while playing I got a message to reload the page when I reloaded the page I was redirected to Google Play. I cannot access CW from my Kindle I hope you get the browser version for Kindle back up soon. Thank You Tine 11

  Well it did work but not anymore.
  It prompted me to log in again, when I put in the user/pass I got an error and then a prompt to reload which takes me right back to the play store again.

  This is really frustrating.

  Sorry about that Tickle. It looks like the URL needs to include www for login to work so really it's

  https://www.casinoworld.com/fx/indexHTML5.jsp?html5mobile=1

  If you're playing on an Android or iOS device, you will need to download the mobile app in order to play on a mobile device. 

  If you're on a Kindle or other Amazon device, our teams are working on getting the browser version back up and running since there is no mobile app for these devices.

  We are trying to move new players over to the mobile apps as ultimately that should be a better game experience for most people. But if you still prefer to use a browser on your phone you should be able to do so if you go to:

  https://casinoworld.com/fx/indexHTML5.jsp

  rather than the usual https://www.casinoworld.com.
