How are gifts won in your city?

  The gifts are Charms, Coins, Party Passes and Gems. The dispensing mechanisms are the buildings themselves, the little green prize boxes and the Treasure Boxes (the hot air balloon).

  These gifts are awarded on a time pattern all throughout the day and are, seemingly, a random selection.

  The more buildings you have, the more gifts you will receive.

  The more expensive your buildings are, the more valuable the gifts will be.
