I keep getting mushroom charms amd they disappear before I use them

I keep getting the mushroom charms and I don't use them in the games and I had a lot and they disappear....Help....I am VIP and buy gems monthly  might not be worth my effort....please help

  I'm sorry, but there's no way for Charms to be removed unless they've paid out. 

  All Charms not being used will be stored in your Charm Manager.

  Was told this before, when I complained about over 200,000 charms disappearing from my Charm Manager.  Sorry Samantha, still not an answer.  Something is occurring at times with your database and your programs and managers refuse to even look at it.  Either corruption or an issue with a stored procedure buried in your program, but since CW will not even look, don't know how it can be corrected.

  JANE2885 DO YOU HAVE YOUR CHARNS ON AUTO PAYOUT OR HAVE THEM TURNED OFF?  I TURN MINE OFF SO I DONT WASTE THEM.
