How do I retrieve my rewards?

I renewed my VIP membership today. My Challenges say I have 30 and a Reward. How do I retrieve my Reward? I can't tell.

  You find the box where it says open reward or something like that and you click on it I think    Look in your inbox see if they mention your reward in the inbox

  If it's a Challenge reward, go to Challenges and click the Rewards tab at the top. See if there is a reward for you.
