refresh and go back to your city till it runs out of coins. I've had times I had to reboot 10 times. I've had buildings with coins on top and I got nothing from the coins

They only accumulate for 3 days I leave mine sit over night then open them in the morning and it keeps giving me when I keep refreshing anywhere from 3 to 9 times so far.
