That is a daily challenge you can swap the daily challenges every day if you want. Usually when I get booted from Majong I get reimbursed it says in my inbox

Complete all the challenges. I dunno how the season points calculates gems but on the months you ge coins you usually get 18,000 coins per 1 reward point.

Nope you can have friends send you some or get them from treasure boxes

The black dog is not a charm it is a pet. Look at your avatars then click on PETS and it should be there

Yes open the party at the top left I think you have the option to cancel but I don't think you get coins or gems refunded.
