My gifts were completely different. In the first 6 crowns, don't remember the order, I got 25k gems, AI Cube Charm, 15k gems, 10k gems, flying car charm and mountain citadel building.

The only issue I have with at is I haven't upgraded or added to my city prior to me getting better charms or higher payouts. I have a willie building but have had that for a very long time.
